Located within the Town Centre of Cloverdale in Surrey, BC is the residential subdivision of Serpentine. The area is ideally located near many schools, stores, parks and restaurants making the neighbourhood a great spot for families. The quiet and safe streets are lined with well kept lawns and friendly neighbours.

Serpentine is set in the southeast corner of Surrey, close to Langley City. The community is also in close proximity to the Canada-US border as well as the scenic coastal town of White Rock. Residents of Serpentine can quickly access many of the amenities found in these nearby areas or travel into Surrey conveniently via major roadways such as the Pacific Highway and 56 Ave.
There are a handful of parks and recreation areas that surround the Serpentine neighborhood. Parks such as Buckley Park, Penzer Action Park, Hi-Knoll Park, and Hunter Park all fall within minutes of Serpentine. Hi-Knoll Driving Range and Mini Golf as well as the A & T Equestrian Centre are also a short distance away.
Downtown Langley City provides the closest access to many stores and amenities. Some popular shopping locations include Walmart, No Frills, Marshall’s, Sport Chek, Winners and Shoppers Drug Mart. The area is also home to many restaurants and dining options, everything from national chains to individually owned spots.
Though so closely nestled near the Langley City area, Serpentine falls under the jurisdiction of the Surrey School District. The largest district in the province, Surrey Schools is also one of the only districts currently experiencing substantial growth. There are approximately 125 schools within the area that serve students from Surrey, White Rock and the rural areas of Barnston Island.
Students who attend Surrey Schools are offered excellent education options from kindergarten through grade 12. A wide range of courses, classes and resources are offered along with ample amounts of extracurricular activities.
