Nearby Surrey offers residents of North Delta a handful of shopping and dining opportunities. Located just a short distance from the town, Surrey features both large box retailers and one of kind shops. Restaurants and dining options range from famous chains to independently owned locations.

North Delta students will have the opportunity to attend schools that are administered by the Delta School District No. 37. There are a handful of well rated schools that fall throughout the town and offer education from kindergarten through grade 12.
